Good overall hotel, very well located in NYC!

We came to NYC for a second time and could not stay in our first choice hotel this time. The Hilton Midtown Manhattan was a good 2nd choice as it was well located to the things we did as a family. Pretty good value for the location and the room was nice and clean. Missing coffee maker though. I have seen this comment from many other reviewers so not sure why this hotel has not rectified the identified issue by providing the coffee makers that guests clearly want. We would stay again though, nonetheless, it was a smallish inconvenience.

Poor managment for a place with potential

We were there for a team building visit. The place is nice and to be honest the food was really good. The problem was that we had payed for all inclusive pack but nothing from that was included. Instead of all inclusive they gave as some domestic bear which had taste of a water and some awful disgusting cipuro which they lied that it is whiskey. Even when we had the seminar the A/C was turned off and they did not wanted to turn it on. Very very bad management. The beach was dirty and the beach bench were damaged. Over all 1/10 and that one point goes for the food. Dont waste your time and money for a place like this.

Absolutely beautiful location in a great city!

Hotel smack bang where you want it. Every place worth seeing is within walking distance and underground station near by too. Rooms were clean and tidied up by friendly staff. Opted to have an executive package that comes with continental breakfast and access to coffee and fruits all day. That was ok. Drawback was being hounded by Hilton club to join it and the poor attitude of check in staff.

    Great short break!

Just arrived back from a 4 night holiday with the wife. Private transfer from the airport took 10-15mins. Check in was quick and a low floor room (as requested by e-mail) was ideal, room was clean and tidy - overlooking the pool and a great view of the sea. Even though the hotel was full it wasn\'t busy, always Sun beds round the pool (comfortable ones too) at any time of the day. Food was usual 3* all inclusive, no hassle in getting a table in the restaurant at any time. Drinks were the norm, with bigger glasses on an evening. Staff worked hard but always had a smile on their faces. There are lots of steps if you plan on going into the town but we only went the once. All in all a great short break, very chilled, no queues, no sunbed wars and very quiet. Great end to the hols and would return.
